I made this workout up in honor of my 30th Birthday!
Complete 30 reps of each exercise and repeat 3 times!!
- Squats / Sumo Squats / Squats
- Bicep Curls
- Lunges / Side Lunges / Jump Lunges
- Jumping Jacks
- Push ups
- Side plank dips
- Plank Reptiles
- Slow Bicycle crunches
- Mountain Climbers
The workout was tough, especially since I’m just getting over my cold! I think the most difficult part was the 30 burpees!!
